Magnetic Drum Pulley for Iron Ore Processing

Therefore, Power Magnetronics does not recommend treating a magnetic drum pulley as a universal iron-ore separator without evaluating the actual ore characteristics.
For applications involving recovery or concentration of magnetic minerals, the required magnetic circuit, field strength, gradient, drum speed and material burden must be evaluated.
For tramp-iron removal from an ore stream, the application is different and generally simpler.
